THE INTENDED PORTFOLIO

Four services. No blurred promises.

NoctisGuard is being built around four distinct service models. The continuous Germany–South Africa relationship is the planned way of delivering them, not a fifth service.

Concept in development · Planned launch 2029
SERVICE 01

Close Protection

Illustrative client context

For a client travelling to meetings, a private visit or an extended business stay in South Africa, the model centres on familiar protective personnel during the agreed in-country schedule.

What the concept includes

The client can meet the intended team in Germany. It would accompany the chosen journey and carry out the agreed protective work in South Africa. Planning, movement coordination and discretion form part of that work.

Scope and limits

The in-country protection scope, team size, legal permissions and practical limits would be defined before any engagement.

SERVICE 02

Project Security

Illustrative client context

A business project can create concentrated exposure for key personnel and sensitive phases of work. The service is intended for clearly bounded assignments, rather than general guarding or mass staffing.

What the concept includes

Defined responsibility for the project, security planning, a suitable protection team and coordination of personnel movements and agreed activities.

Scope and limits

Only the agreed project, period and protective measures would be covered; wider site guarding is not implicitly included.

SERVICE 03

Retainer & Standby

Illustrative client context

For a client whose security requirement is intermittent rather than constant, the planned model is a contractually defined readiness relationship.

What the concept includes

An agreed scope for availability, monitoring and activation, with deployment conditions decided before operational commencement.

Scope and limits

This is not a present 24-hour guarantee. Reaction times, reserves and resources cannot be promised before the company exists.

SERVICE 04

Rapid Response Support

Illustrative client context

For exceptional deterioration of a security situation, the concept includes limited, time-sensitive specialist assistance where feasible.

What the concept includes

Any future response would be assessed individually for lawful authority, available personnel, timing, transport and agreed objectives.

Scope and limits

No current emergency-response force or general rescue guarantee is implied, and the service remains subject to applicable law.
